The HR Lead is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management for the
project. This includes implementing HR policies and procedures, managing recruitment and
onboarding, and ensuring compliance with local labour laws and donor requirements. Reporting to
the Head of Finance and Admin, the HR Lead plays a pivotal role in fostering a positive work
environment, supporting employee development, and ensuring operational efficiency across the
project.
